How long does shipping take?

The estimated shipping time is displayed directly on the product page. We ship Monday through Friday – all orders received by 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Shipping with DHL usually takes 1–2 business days.

Can I return the items?

Yes, you can return items within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Germany costs €2.59, but is free for orders over €20.
For deliveries to Austria, shipping costs €4.99, with free shipping for orders over €40.
For all other delivery locations, shipping costs will be calculated individually at checkout.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately – ideally with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

How do I find out which smartphone model I have?

📱 For Samsung smartphones:

  1. Open settings
  2. Scroll all the way down and tap on “Phone info”
  3. Under “Model Name” or “Model Number” you will find, for example, “Galaxy S22” or “SM-S901B”
  4. You can also google the model number if only one number is displayed

📱 For Apple (iPhone):

  1. Open settings
  2. Tap General > About
  3. Under “Model Name” you will see, for example, “iPhone 13 Pro”
  4. Alternatively, you can also look on the back or on the original packaging
Why does the product image show a different smartphone model?

Some images are placeholders and show a different model until new photos are available. Don't worry—you're guaranteed to get the right case for your selected device. If something doesn't fit, we'll gladly return it or send you a replacement.
