Delivery times:

Products in stock in Germany: The delivery time for products in our warehouse in Germany is typically 1–2 business days. This delivery time is displayed directly on the product page.
Products shipped directly from the supplier: Products for which no delivery time is specified on the product page are shipped directly from our supplier. In this case, delivery may take up to 5 business days.
Combined orders: If you order multiple products, they will generally be shipped as a combined package. The delivery time for the product that takes the longest applies.

Shipping costs:

Germany: For orders up to a value of €20, shipping costs €2.59 (DHL small parcel). Shipping is free within Germany for orders over €20.
Austria: For orders up to a value of €40, shipping costs €4.99. Shipping to Austria is free for orders over €40.
Other countries: For orders to other countries, shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that costs may vary depending on the destination.
