How long does shipping take?
The estimated shipping time is displayed directly on the product page. We ship Monday through Friday â all orders received by 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Shipping with DHL usually takes 1â2 business days.
Can I return the items?
Yes, you can return items within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Germany costs âŹ2.59, but is free for orders over âŹ20.
For deliveries to Austria, shipping costs âŹ4.99, with free shipping for orders over âŹ40.
For all other delivery locations, shipping costs will be calculated individually at checkout.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately â ideally with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
How do I find out which smartphone model I have?
