How long does shipping take?

The estimated shipping time is displayed directly on the product page. We ship from Monday to Friday – all orders received by 2:00 PM are dispatched on the same day. Shipping with DHL usually takes 1–2 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within Germany costs €2.59 but is free for orders of €20 or more. For deliveries to Austria, shipping costs €4.99 and is free for orders of €40 or more. For all other delivery locations, shipping costs will be calculated individually at checkout.

Why does the product image show a different smartphone model?

Some images are placeholders and show a different model until new photos are available. Don't worry – you are guaranteed to receive the correct case for your selected device. If something doesn't fit, we will of course cover the return shipping or send you a replacement.
