How long does shipping take?
The estimated shipping time is displayed directly on the product page. We ship from Monday to Friday – all orders received by 2:00 PM are dispatched on the same day. Shipping with DHL usually takes 1–2 business days.
Can I return the items?
Yes, you can return items without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Germany costs €2.59 but is free for orders of €20 or more.
For deliveries to Austria, shipping costs €4.99 and is free for orders of €40 or more.
For all other delivery locations, shipping costs will be calculated individually at checkout.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately—ideally with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
How can I find out which smartphone model I have?
📱 On Samsung smartphones:
- Open Settings
- Scroll all the way down and tap “About phone”
- Under “Model name” or “Model number”, you’ll find something like “Galaxy S22” or “SM-S901B”
- You can also Google the model number if only a number is displayed
📱 On Apple (iPhone):
- Open Settings
- Tap “General” > “About”
- Under “Model name”, you’ll see something like “iPhone 13 Pro”
- Alternatively, you can also check the back of the device or the original packaging
Why does the product image show a different smartphone model?
Some images are placeholders and show a different model until new photos are available. Don't worry – you are guaranteed to receive the correct case for your selected device. If something doesn't fit, we will of course cover the return shipping or send you a replacement.
